Welcome to Sure Match DNA. By accessing our website, booking a DNA test, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Service Overview
Sure Match DNA provides professional DNA sample collection services for personal, legal, and other authorized purposes. We partner with accredited laboratories to analyze DNA samples. Sure Match DNA is a collection agency only and does not perform laboratory analysis directly.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent.

You have the legal right to submit samples for yourself or others (e.g., minor children or individuals under your legal care).

You are not using our services for unlawful purposes.
3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.

Missed or late appointments may result in rescheduling fees.

Mobile collections are subject to additional travel fees unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements are made.

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once the collection has occurred or samples have been submitted to the lab.

If a customer cancels at least 24 hours in advance, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion (less a $200 processing fee).

Payment plans, if offered, must be completed before results are released.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
We operate under strict confidentiality. All personal and genetic information is handled with discretion and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Legal and Court-Admissible Testing
If you request a legal or court-admissible DNA test, you must follow proper chain-of-custody procedures. This includes providing valid government-issued identification and any documentation required by the requesting entity (e.g., courts, immigration authorities, etc.).
7. Sample Collection and Results

DNA samples are collected via non-invasive methods (typically buccal swabs).

We are not responsible for delays caused by laboratory processing, mailing issues, or incomplete/inaccurate information provided by the client.

Test results are typically available within a set time frame but are not guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.

Results will only be released to individuals authorized during the booking process.
8. Accuracy and Limitations
While our partner labs are accredited and follow strict protocols, DNA testing—like all scientific testing—has limitations. Results are based on the quality and integrity of the samples provided. Sure Match DNA is not liable for inconclusive or unexpected results due to uncontrollable biological or technical factors.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sure Match DNA, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including emotional distress, legal decisions, or other outcomes based on DNA test results.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
11. Governing Law
